The product has 4 LED indicators: LTE, SYNC, PWR, and WAN. The table below describes the definition of each LED:

Indicator

Behavior

LTE

Indicates status of LTE connection.

No light = No LTE service to user

Solid blue= Cellular AP is up and providing service, but no devices are currently attached

Flashing blue = Cellular AP is actively working, with one or more devices attached

Flashing red = Abnormal state:

  • 3 flashes: No connection to the Mobility Gateway

  • 5 flashes: No SAS grant is present

  • 6 flashes (while all other LEDs are solid green): Unable to connect to NetCloud Manager

Flashing blue alternating with flashing red = Cellular AP is upgrading

SYNC

Indicates sync status.

No light = Not connected

Solid green = Successfully synchronizing to sync source (GPS/GNSS/NTP server)

PWR

Detects that the unit has power.

No light = Not receiving power - check the power source connection

Solid green = Powered on

WAN

Detects readiness to provide LTE small cell service.

No light = Failed to connect to default gateway

Flashing green = Reset button was pushed (for at least 10 seconds) and when button is released Cellular AP will be reset to factory defaults

Solid green = Connected to default gateway successfully
