1. | How does ANA work? |
ANA is trained to retrieve information from the document repository and product datasheets (Hardware Specifications, Modem Specifications, and product service features tables only) and provide a summarized response to the submitted query, often including links to source documents. ANA understands a few objectives (referred to as intents). Based upon those intents, ANA retrieves Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions articles relating to setup, installation, configuration, upgrade, monitoring, and technology information, including datasheets. Queries outside of these intents might not be satisfactorily answered. |
