What happens if ANA does not understand a query?

It is possible that ANA will not understand the intent of a query and may request the user to rephrase. Enter Help in the Message box and select the ANA_SendIcon.pngbutton to receive a table of example queries associated with specific capabilities. If ANA fails to understand multiple queries, the user can raise a ticket with the support team to help analyze the issue and improve upon it.
