The AI-Based NetCloud Assistant (ANA) supports answering queries relating to Ericsson Cradlepoint products' datasheet hardware and modem specifications and network faults. Queries relating to comparison of products, with product names explicitly specified, are also supported.

All queries are answered for a specific network or device. The network or device name can be specified in the query and is retained for use in subsequent queries that do not include a name. If a name is not provided, the user is prompted to provide one. Users are given three opportunities to provide a valid name. Subsequently, the user is prompted to re-enter the query with a valid network or device name.

Following are some example queries:

  • How do I configure 5G standalone mode?

  • How do I configure split DNS?

  • How do I integrate with Okta?

  • What is eSIM?

  • How does carrier aggregation work?

  • How do I perform a factory reset on NetCloud OS?

  • How to configure DHCP relay?

  • How do I resolve an "IP Passthrough Conflict" issue when configuring a 1:1 NAT rule on my Cradlepoint device?

  • Show me all ongoing major faults on site Phoenix

  • List the last 5 closed minor faults in app Zoom

  • What are the major faults at site Phoenix affecting performance?

  • What are the top 3 critical ongoing faults impacting site Phoenix?

  • There is some issue with the Zoom app. What is happening?

  • Show qoe score trend for E300-416 over the last 12 hours

  • Which interface on E300-416 had the highest latency in the last 6 hours?

  • What was the state of mdm-if93909c interface last week

  • Show me the trend of incoming and outgoing traffic volume on the mdm-if93909c

  • Compare bytes in vs bytes out on mdm-if93909c interface

  • What applications were consuming the most outgoing bandwidth on mdm-if93909c

  • List applications that had high latency (<20) but low traffic volume (< 150000 total)

It is possible that ANA will not understand the intent of a query and may request the user to rephrase. Enter help in the Message box and select the Search button to receive a table of example queries associated with specific capabilities. If ANA fails to understand more than two queries, the user can either use the menu-based approach to ensure their query is better answered or submit a support team ticket.
