Before you file your case, chat, or call Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, see Information Needed to Interact with Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Global Support to make sure you have the necessary information about your network and devices and speed up the process.
Online Cases - Select “Technical Support” on Connect to review past and current support cases. This page lists notes from engineers and allows you to make comments and add files related to your support cases. You can also create new support cases here.
View RMA - To view RMA information, select your case associated with the RMA. Then select Related Records to view the RMA and shipping and tracking information.
My Account - To view My Account information, select My Account from the Profile drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner. The My Account section displays the account's billing and shipping address, phone number, and contacts. For any updates to My Account information, send an email request to the Service Support team.
Chat - Click the blue chat icon on the lower right-hand corner of Contact Support page to open a chat window with a network engineer.
Phone - Visit the Contact Support page to see lists of global support phone numbers.
