Supported HPUE products require the following before attempting integration with Ericsson Cradlepoint products:
Firmware version 2.3.54 or later
Modem Status API enabled
Before attempting final integration with Ericsson Cradlepoint products with NCOS 7.23.60 or later installed, you must access the HPUE device user interface to check the firmware version and, if needed, update the firmware. With the device hardware installed and power available, temporarily disconnect the Ethernet cable running to the router (before attempting to use NetCloud Manager) and instead plug it into a computer to access the AirgainConnect interface. Follow manufacturer's instructions to log in and then check or update the firmware and enable the Modem Status API. When finished, plug the Ethernet cable back into the proper port of the Ericsson Cradlepoint router.
