When creating an Alert Log report, you are redirected from the Alerts & Logs page to the Insights page.
Use the following steps to export an Alert Log report:
Log into NetCloud Manager.
Click in the left-side navigation menu.
Click the Alert Log tab.
On the top right of the page, click the download icon.
Select to open the Insights page Alert Log Report form

To download a report of the items that display on the page, select .
Complete the following fields on the Details page:
Report Name: A name for the report displayed in the list of reports on the Insights page.
Description: Use this field to add a description of the report.
Report Period: The period the report covers.
Report Format: The output format for the report. The only format currently supported for Activity Log reports is CSV.
Include Logo: If you have added a logo for your reports it is included by default. To remove the logo from your report, uncheck the Include Logo checkbox.
Include Contact URL: If you have added a partner contact URL for your reports select the Include Contact URL checkbox.
Include Contact Email: If you have added a partner contact email address for your reports select the Include Contact Email checkbox.
Select to proceed to the Options page.
On the Options page, select the fields to display in the report.
On the Accounts page, select the account or subaccount or group containing the endpoints to include in the report on the Accounts page.
Select Next to proceed to the Recurring page.
On the Recurring page, select the frequency to run the report.
Run Once – Create a saved report that is ran manually.
Repeat – Create a scheduled report that runs automatically based on the specified interval and expiration of the report.
Select Next to proceed to the Sharing page.
Select any of the listed NetCloud Users with whom you wish to share the report.
Click Next or Review to proceed to the Summary page.
Review your report settings on the Summary page.
Select the Run Once button to instantly run the report or click the Save button to save the report template for future use.
Review the information you entered for your Alert Log Report on the Summary page. Click the Finish button to complete the report.
After completing the above steps, you are redirected back to the Insights page. If you ran the report, it appears in the Report Log table. If you saved the report template, it appears as a card in the Saved Reports section.

Reports created for custom date ranges cannot be saved, they can only be produced using the Run Once button.
