The Auto VPN feature will be deprecated from all NetCloud subscriptions and plans on February 15th, 2024.
The ability to enable Auto VPN in new NetCloud accounts was removed on February 15, 2023. Existing customers can continue to use the Auto VPN feature until the deprecation date. After February 15, 2024, access to the Auto VPN feature, the ability to leverage it to automatically configured and build hub and spoke VPN networks, will no longer be available for all customers.
New customer use cases, previously considered for Auto VPN, will now be directed to NetCloud Exchange (NCX) Secure Connect as the replacement solution. Customer inquiries about NCX, or any other NetCloud features and technology, should be directed to the sales and/or partner account team.
