You can schedule a modem software upgrade for a specific date and time to minimize interruptions to connectivity. Use the following steps to schedule a modem software upgrade.
Log into NetCloud Manager.
Select in the left-side navigation panel.
Click a group from the grid.
The Group dashboard displays.
Click .
The Software tab displays.
From the grid on the Summary page, click the Ellipsis icon
for the carrier and modem you want to schedule and then select icon 
.The Update Modem Software Panel displays on the right side of the screen.
From the Carrier drop-down menu, select the carrier you want to upgrade.
From the drop-down menu, select a date and time for the upgrade.
Click .
Click .
The scheduled upgrade appears on the Schedules page. After the software upgrade occurs at the scheduled date and time, the status appears on the Upgrades page.
