Can't access 1 or more subnets behind another layer 3 device connected to the Cradlepoint.

Cradlepoint connected to a layer 3 switch or a router.The Cradlepoint needs to ARP through the layer 3 device properly to communicate with lower LANs. That sometimes does not work properly without this option checked. 1. Log into the Cradlepoint
2. Go to static and policy routers
3. Install a route to the unreachable subnet to use the connected layer 3 device's gateway IP NCOS: How to Configure Static Routes on a Cradlepoint Router
4. Go to the local LAN settings on the Cradlepoint
5. go to IPv4 settings for the LAN that is connected to the layer 3 device.
6. Check "Always Proxy ARP"
