- Set the GPS source for a Cradlepoint modem
- Go to Connection Manager
- Right click your active modem interface and click "edit"

- In the WAN Interface Profile window, click on "Modem"
- In "GPS Signal Source", select your desired GPS source and click "Save"

- This procedure can be done in the local interface or in the NCM Configuration editor. If using the NCM Configuration Editor, edit the WAN Interface Profile that applies to your active modem.
- Devices that have a dedicated GPS antenna feed such as the LPE, LP6, or 600M will default to using GPS as the GPS Signal source.
- "No Change" will leave the GPS signal at the device default settings
- If your device does not have an antenna connected to the GPS feed, you may select "AUX Antenna" to use the cellular diversity antenna as a GPS source.
- This will cause the AUX port/antenna to only be used as a GPS source; it will no longer provide LTE connectivity.
- Cradlepoint does not recommend using the standard LTE paddle antenna as a GPS antenna. It should only be used as a workaround and/or for troubleshooting purposes. Please see the Cradlepoint Antenna Guide for information about GPS-specific antennas.
