Note
Before Change Subscription action can be performed, there must be available licenses for the desired subscription type.
Complete the following steps to change the base subscription:
Log into NetCloud Manager.
Select in the left-side navigation panel.
Select the Subscriptions tab.
Select the Licensed Devices tile.
Select Change License.
Select Change Subscription in the What do you want to do? drop-down menu.
Select the Product Type.
Select the current base subscription the device is on in the Choose Current Subscription drop-down list. All active subscriptions that are compatible with the device appear in the list.
Select the new base subscription you want to move the devices to in the Choose New Subscription drop-down list. All active subscriptions that are compatible with the device appear in the list.
Click Next after making the selections.
Optional: Select the group or groups on which to apply the license action from the Select Accounts or Groups page, and then click Next.
Click Continue on the Determining Eligibility dialog box.
Note
It is during this time that the system is checking to see if there are any available licenses for the device to move to on the new subscription.
Select the device(s), using any of the following methods, to apply the license action, and then click Next.
Select individual device(s).
Click the down arrow at the top of the list and select All devices from the Account or Groups selected in the previous step.
Click the down arrow at the top of the list and select , to select the device(s) visible on the page.
Click Next and review the Summary page to verify the requested action.
Select .
IIn the Licensed Devices grid, the device(s) will now show it’s updated base license being the New Subscription
