Note

Any Advanced Add-on or other add-on subscriptions licensed on devices that are moving to a new base subscription will be removed. Use the Upgrade function to license compatible add-ons for the new base subscription

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Devices in the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Select the hyperlinked name of the device in the Routers table to open the device's dashboard.

  4. Select the License tab.

  5. Select Change License.

  6. From the Change License panel that appears on the right, click the Change Subscription drop-down menu and select a subscription.

    Note

    The Change Subscription drop-down menu is active only if there is an active, compatible subscription in the account and an open license for the device.

  7. Click Change Subscription.

  8. When complete, a Summary window appears. Click Close.

    The License page reflects the new subscription and compatible add-ons for the device.
