Changing Subscriptions within NetCloud Manager

If a device reports a failure or error, navigate to the specific device's dashboard to change the license for that device.

Complete the following steps to change the device’s license:

  1. Select Devices in the left-side navigation panel.

  2. Click the hyperlinked name of the device in the Routers table to open the device's dashboard.

  3. Click the License tab and verify the current license and status.

    If any licenses are available, the Change License button appears.

  4. Click Change License.

  5. In the Change License panel, perform the desired license action again.
