There is no need to manage any service gateway, perform software upgrades, or manage high availability for the service gateways.
Zero trust means “never trust, always verify.” Secure Connect embodies zero trust by ensuring every connection is authenticated before granting access, providing significantly stronger protection, simplified management, and seamless connectivity — all orchestrated centrally through Ericsson NetCloud. The zero-trust foundation minimizes the attack surface and limits the blast radius. Name-based routing hides IP addressing and supports overlapping IP addresses. Restricted access means nothing is visible or connected unless authorized by policy.
