The first step in troubleshooting is determining if the issue is an overlay issue or an underlay failure. If the issue is due to an underlay failure, contact Cradlepoint Support.
Complete the following to determine if there is a dataflow issue:
Verify that the applicable regional NetCloud SASE point of presence (PoP) is operational on the Cradlepoint NetCloud Status page for cloud services.
Confirm that the Secure Connect site can ping 100.127.255.254 when sourced from primary LAN IP.
Enter ping 100.127.255.254 -I [LAN IP address] (for example, ping 100.127.255.254 -I 192.168.0.1) to verify that traffic is flowing from the Cradlepoint router to the NetCloud Exchange Service Gateway.
Verify the flow is not being blocked by an access policy by looking at the following:
Resource definitions in NetCloud Manager.
Access policy configurations in NetCloud Manager (Networks > Exchange Networks > [select target network] > Policy > Access).
Verify that Traffic Monitor dashboard reports the expected session.
Verify that other configuration settings on the Cradlepoint router are not interfering with the traffic flow. See Configuration Conflicts Between NetCloud OS and NetCloud Exchange for more information.
