Your ISP provides a block of two usable public static IP addresses. One is assigned to the Ericsson Cradlepoint device’s WAN interface, while the other is reserved for a web server located on the LAN. In this setup, the web server’s public IP is not directly exposed to the WAN. Instead, a 1:1 NAT (public-to-private IP) translation is configured to maintain seamless connectivity between the WAN and the web server—without requiring port forwarding or additional routing.
