The Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) configuration may be disabled. The BGP configuration, including the wan0 tracker, is not removed from the Secure Connect network when BGP is disabled; it is only removed from the NetCloud Exchange Service Gateways. If re-enabled, all of the previously set BGP configuration values appear in NetCloud Manager and can be saved again to reapply the configuration to the NCX Service Gateways.

Complete the following steps to disable the BGP configuration:

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Networks in the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Select the name of the Secure Connect network.

  4. Select the Configuration tab.

  5. Select the Routing tab.

  6. Disable Protocol Configuration.

  7. Select Save.
