When the wan0 tracker has been configured using a command-line interface (CLI) command and changes to the tracker settings are needed, the tracker must first be reset in the Console, then the settings may be configured in Ericsson NetCloud Manager.
Complete the following steps to reset the wan0 tracker and update the tracker settings:
Log into NetCloud Manager.
Select in the left-side navigation panel.
Select the NCX Service Gateway from the Routers table.
Select the menu, and then select .

Remote Connect must be enabled for the account through the Settings (
) icon.
Select .
Enter the configure bgp_tracker command.
Enter y when prompted to restore the configured settings to defaults.
Exit the Console.
Select the Configuration tab.
Select the Routing tab.
Select the BGP tab.
Check the box for Enable Tracking.
Select Configure next to Enable Tracking, to open the Configure Tracking panel.
Enter the IP address of the host being tracked in the Address field.
Enter the hop IP address through which packets are routed to the destination in the Gateway field.
Select Advanced to enter specific tracking values.
Packet Size – The set packet size in bytes. Default is 100 and the range is 1 through 65535.
Packet ToS – The type of service (ToS) value applied to the packet. Default is 192 and the range is 1 through 255.
Source – The source IP address included in the packet.
Period – The time between pings (period) in milliseconds. Default is 500 and the range is 100 through 65535.
Timeout – How long a ping should wait for a reply (timeout) in milliseconds. The range is 100 through 65535.
Threshold – The number of successful pings among the set total, that determine if the peer is reachable. Default is 1 and the range is 1 to 255.
Total – The number of last pings in which successful pings are counted. Default is 1 and the range is 1 to 255.
