Supported – A currently supported version of NetCloud OS or LAN OS; versions that are within 24 months of their release date.
Unsupported – A NetCloud OS or LAN OS version that is beyond 24 months since its release. These versions are still available for use within NetCloud Manager and the hardware. However, no testing of unsupported versions is conducted. Any loss of features, functionality, or to engage with Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Global Service & Support requires a NetCloud OS or LAN OS update.
Maintenance – A NetCloud OS or LAN OS version that provides security updates and bug fixes but does not provide new features or functionality. Due to technical limitations, some products may only receive maintenance NetCloud OS or LAN OS before the targeted End of Software Release Date.
Deprecated – NetCloud OS or LAN OS versions that are removed from use in NetCloud Manager. This could be for technical reasons such as critical defects.
