A new alert type named "Tunnel Limit Reached Alert" can now be configured in NetCloud Manager for CR4250 routers. When the alert is configured users will receive alert notifications when the number of tunnels reaches 90% and 100% of the maximum allowed number of tunnels limit.
User management capabilities are being enhanced for ease of use. This NCM release includes the following user management changes and improvements:
The ACCOUNTS & USERS page has been renamed to ACCOUNT.
The Users tab has an enhanced grid for displaying the users in your account and includes improved filtering and exporting functionality, and a new look and feel.
A new Add User form has been implemented to simplify adding users to your account.
Your Account Settings information is now accessible from a tab on the ACCOUNT page.
A Subscriptions tab has been added to the ACCOUNT page to allow you to review your NetCloud subscription and license information.
The WAN Uptime tab on the DASHBOARDS page has been renamed to Health. The Health tab contains valuable analytics on the WAN uptime of the devices in the entire account, groups of devices, and individual devices.
Improvements
Updated the Switch Accounts dialog to prevent the total item count (the number of accounts available to switch) from being hidden.
Resolved the inadvertent display of an error dialog that occurred when clicking on the Connected Modem Count by Home Carrier chart.
Updated the Connected Modem Count by chart to include a Registered Carrier filter. Selecting the Registered Carrier filter displays the count of your roaming devices and the carrier(s) providing the roaming service.
Improved the multiple-modem firmware upgrade feature to address issues related to modems being skipped for upgrades, invalid firmware versions being reported, and dual-sim modems not being identified for upgrade during the upgrade process.
Clarified the UI text and Help content to reflect that enabling Traffic Analytics does not require a device reboot.
Updated various user-interface strings to make them grammatically correct and in line with industry standards.
Resolved an issue involving a user not having access to the NCM Network tab.
Addressed an issue where individual device configurations were being generated when upgrading NCOS versions from 6.5.2 through 6.5.4 to 7.0.x.
Updated the Dashboard Geoview to load and display devices more quickly.
