  • Issue is with the provisioning of the SIM card provided from the Cellular provider
  1. Log into the Cradlepoint Admin Pages
  2. Verify that Cradlepoint shows connected in Connection Manager

  1. Navigate to the Cradlepoint console under System -> System Control -> Device Options -> Device Console

  1. Attempt to ping an IP (Ex. 8.8.8.8)

  1. If the Cradlepoint does not receive any responses please contact your Cellular service Provider to have them verify the SIM is active and added to your account
