- Modem is connected, but there is no internet access

- Issue is with the provisioning of the SIM card provided from the Cellular provider
- Log into the Cradlepoint Admin Pages
- Verify that Cradlepoint shows connected in Connection Manager
- Navigate to the Cradlepoint console under System -> System Control -> Device Options -> Device Console
- Attempt to ping an IP (Ex. 8.8.8.8)
- If the Cradlepoint does not receive any responses please contact your Cellular service Provider to have them verify the SIM is active and added to your account
