Creating an Insights Subscription/Licensing Report

The Subscription Dashboard report provides a summary view of an account's subscriptions information for devices and renewals.

Use the following steps to create a Subscription Dashboard report:

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Insights in the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Click the Subscription/Licensing card on the Insights page.

  4. Click the Subscription Dashboard card on the Subscription/Licensing page.

  5. Complete the following fields on the Details page form:

    • Report Name – A name for the report displayed in the list of reports on the Insights page.

    • Description – Use this field to add a description of the report.

    • Report Format – The output format for the report, PDF or HTML.

    • Include Logo – If you have added a logo for your reports, it is included by default. To remove the logo from your report, uncheck the Include Logo checkbox. See Assigning a Logo and Partner Contact Information for information on adding a logo.Assigning a Logo and Partner Contact Information

  6. Click Next to proceed to the Recurring page.

  7. On the Recurring page, select the frequency to run the report:

    • Select Run Once to create a saved report that is run manually.

    • Select Repeat to create a scheduled report. This type of report runs automatically based on the specified interval and expiration of the report.

  8. Click Next to proceed to the Sharing page.

  9. Select any of the NetCloud Users with whom you wish to share the report.

  10. Click Next or Review to proceed to the Summary page.

  11. Review the report settings on the Summary page.

  12. Click the Run Once button to instantly run the report, or click the Save button to save the report template for future use.

After completing the above steps, you are redirected back to the Insights page. If you ran the report, it appears in the Report Log table. If you saved the report template, it appears as a card in the Saved Reports section.
