The NetCloud Client can be used by remote third parties, privileged remote administrators, and internal employees working from anywhere to securely authenticate and connect to a Secure Connect network. It enables secure access to private corporate resources and provides all of the security and performance benefits of being part of a Secure Connect network. The NetCloud Client is designed for a seamless failover experience when s are deployed in warm or cold standby mode.

Complete the following steps to download the NetCloud Client for Windows, macOS, or Linux:

  1. Navigate to the Cradlepoint Downloads page.

  2. Select View Downloads under the NetCloud Client heading.

  3. Download the client file:

    1. Select For Windows to download the MSI file.

    2. Select For macOS to download the DMG file.

    3. Select For Linux to download the DEB file.

Complete the following steps to download and install the NetCloud Client for iOS:

  1. Open the App Store on the iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap the Search tab.

  3. Enter NetCloud Client and tap Search.

  4. Select the NetCloud Client from the search results.

  5. Tap Get to download and install the NetCloud Client.

Complete the following steps to download and install the NetCloud Client for Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap the Search tab.

  3. Enter NetCloud Client and tap Search.

  4. Select the NetCloud Client from the search results.

  5. Tap Install to download and install the NetCloud Client.
