The NetCloud Client for iOS was installed automatically after downloading it from the App Store.

Note

If multiple VPN profiles exist on the iOS device, ensure the Cradlepoint VPN profile is selected before starting the NetCloud Client for iOS. To view the installed profiles on the iOS device, navigate to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. See Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone for more information.
