Complete the following steps to install the NetCloud Client for macOS:

  1. Navigate to where the NetCloud Client DMG file was downloaded.

    Note

    The name of the file includes the version number. For example, ncx-client-1-100-28-en-us.dmg.

  2. Double-click the NetCloud Client DMG file to open it.

    Note

    If a message appears asking if you want to open the file, click Open.

  3. Double click NCXClient.pkg to run the installer and follow the directions on the screen.

  4. Click Open System Settings when the System Extension Blocked message appears.

    Note

    If OK is clicked, return to the system privacy and security settings to approve the security extension before using the NetCloud Client.

  5. Click Allow on both security messages that appear.

  6. Drag the NetCloud Client file to the Applications folder.
