Following are the minimum requirements to run the NetCloud Client:

  • Windows

    • Windows 10 and 11

    • Intel x86

    • 16 GB memory

    • Windows Surface Book 2 or later

  • macOS

    • Ventura 13.x or later

    • Intel and Apple Silicon supported

    • 16 GB memory

  • iOS

    • iOS 16 or later

    • 64 GB available storage

  • Android

    • Android OS 14-16

    • Minimum 12 GB memory

  • Linux

    • Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04

    • Intel x86

    • Minimum four core CPU

    • 16 GB memory

Note

If the Secure Connect network is enabled for FIPS, the NetCloud Client automatically operates in FIPS mode with the following minimum versions:

  • Windows – 1.120.65

  • macOS – 1.120.65

  • Linux – 1.120.27

  • iOS/iPadOS – 1.120.5 (52)

  • Android – 1.120.1 (25)
