When is the maintenance window?

Thursday, March 12th 9:00PM CET – Friday, March 13th 1:00AM CET (8:00PM GMT Thursday, March 12th - 12:00AM GMT Friday, March 13th).

Why are you performing maintenance?

To ensure continued performance and scalability of the NetCloud Service, we are performing proactive maintenance by enhancing our infrastructure.

Will my NetCloud managed endpoints stop functioning or lose their configuration during the maintenance window?

No. All customer endpoints will retain their entire configuration and will continue normal operation during the maintenance period.

What is the impact to NetCloud Service users during the maintenance?

NetCloud users and administrators will experience periods of time where they are prevented from logging into NetCloud Manager (website, mobile application, and Verify application) and Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Partner Portal. The user will see a temporary page on the NetCloud login screen notifying them the maintenance is underway and to return later once the maintenance is completed.

How will I know when the maintenance begins and is finished?

Encourage all NetCloud customers and users to sign up for status notifications on the Service Status page. https://status.cradlepoint.com/

What is the impact to NetCloud Service managed endpoints?

NetCloud managed endpoints will disconnect from the service during the maintenance. Endpoints will reconnect automatically without any user intervention in the hours following the completion of the maintenance.

7.

What happens to my system logging, data usage reporting, analytics, and other information during the maintenance?

As long as the endpoint does not lose power or reboots during the maintenance window, most of the data collected during the window will be sent to NetCloud following the completion of the maintenance.

8.

Will the NetCloud API be available during the maintenance?

The NetCloud API will be unavailable for periods of time during the scheduled window.

9.

Does this maintenance window impact Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Partner Portal?

Yes. During the maintenance users could be prevented from logging into the NetCloud service and accessing Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Partner Portal.

10.

Will users be able to authenticate to the NetCloud NCX Client during the maintenance?

Users authenticated to the client before the maintenance starts should retain their connection but may experience authentication issues throughout the maintenance period. Users not authenticated to the client will not be able to until the maintenance period is complete.
