All band masking settings are retained across router and modem firmware software upgrades. However, if you factory reset the router, all bands are re-enabled by default.
Examine the router log to verify which bands are disabled via band masking.
If a band masking configuration is applied and NetCloud Manager connectivity is lost, the router will revert to the previous configuration (just like any other configuration recovery).
Note
Rollback only applies before first successful NetCloud Manager connection after configuration. No other connectivity loss in the future will trigger rollback.
