Use the following steps to view the band masking status in NetCloud Manager:
Log into NetCloud Manager.
The Devices page displays.
Select the name of the device that contains the modem to check to open. The device's dashboard displays.
Navigate to > > on the device dashboard.
Find the card for the modem to check. If band masking is enabled, the Band Masking field displays with the value Enabled. If band masking is not enabled, the Band Masking field is not displayed on the modem's card.
Note
Band masking status can also be checked by using the NetCloud API's net_device_metrics endpoint. This endpoint contains a field named "bmask_applied" that shows the band masking status for devices.
