All routers in a network must be registered to the same Ericsson NetCloud Manager account to report correctly in Network Monitor. Routers that have been registered to a different account can be made to report correctly by unregistering them and then reregistering them to the correct account.
Network diagrams for point-to-point networks are not supported.
Networks built with endpoints using NetCloud OS (NCOS) version 7.1.0 or later automatically populate the Monitor tab.
It may take up to several minutes for a newly deployed network to display in the Monitor tab. Subsequent network changes are reported in near real time.
Latency values are only available for TCP traffic flows. However, most TCP flows are short-lived and do not transport any packets. TCP traffic flows that do not transport packets (for example, do not have any packet count) cannot have latency values due to their lack of packets.
