1. | What is the purpose of Marketplace? |
The primary purpose of the marketplace is to give a credit card payment option to customers for renewing NetCloud Essentials plans and buying new NetCloud Advanced Plans. Marketplace accepts payment from any country as long as the credit card is branded with one of the big 4 card networks (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). | |
2. | Where can I access the Marketplace? |
Marketplace is an eCommerce platform only available for existing NetCloud subscribers. User roles that have Marketplace access are: Administrator, Full Access User, Read Only User (recommended) and Diagnostic User can reach the Marketplace from its tab in the left-hand navigation menu in NetCloud Manager | |

4. | Can I pay for my Service renewal in Marketplace? |
Customers can access their renewal quote by using the link provided by Ericsson Enterprise in a renewal notification email. Renewals via the Marketplace require converting Ericsson Enterprise created quote to an order. Any available service renewals quote will appear in the Marketplace under My Account > My Quotes. In addition to quoted renewals, customers can purchase Advanced Plans. | |
5. | Does Marketplace accept a Purchase Order? |
No, if you need to pay via a Purchase Order (PO) please work with your Authorized Reseller. Marketplace only accepts Credit Cards. | |
6. | Who has access to Marketplace? |
Only current customers with user roles that have Marketplace access are: Administrator, Full Access User, Read Only User (recommended) and Diagnostic Users. | |

No, NetCloud Collaborators do not have access to the marketplace. | |
