Marketplace allows existing Ericsson Enterprise Wireless customers to renew subscriptions and upgrade to NetCloud Advanced plans.
The following NetCloud Manager roles can access and complete transactions using Marketplace:
Administrator
Full Access User
Read Only User (recommended)
Diagnostic User
Note
Subscription renewals are only accessible with a quote, which is made available 30 days prior to license expiration. Renewals through Marketplace are only good for one-year terms. For longer renewal terms or for additional changes to your subscription (such as coterminous), contact your partner of record.

To update Company Details in Marketplace, send an email request to service.support.enterprise.wireless@ericsson.com explaining what needs updating.
