You can view your partner of record from the Marketplace page in NetCloud Manager.

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Marketplace in the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Under Contact your Partner, find your Current Authorized Partner.

    Update Partner or Record

  4. To add or change your Current Authorized Partner, email: partner.of.record.requests@ericsson.com.
