The Devices page contains information on the routers and network interfaces in your account. For a brief overview of the Devices page, see the following video and information:

Tabs on the Devices Page

  • The Routers tab lists the routers in your account in tabular (grid) form and provides features for managing the configuration of your devices. For more detail on the Routers tab, see Routers Tab Overview .Routers Tab Overview

  • The Network Interfaces tab lists network interfaces configured for the devices in an account. This includes both LAN and WAN interfaces, such as modems, Ethernet connections, and Wi-Fi. For more detail on the Network Interface tab, see NetCloud Manager Network Interfaces tab .

  • Depending on your subscription, the Devices page can also have the Cellular APs and Mobility Gateways tabs. See Ericsson Private 5G Compact Overview for more information.Ericsson Private 5G Compact Overview

Customizing Pages

You can customize the pages and view details about all the devices in your account.

  • Click the column selection icon User-added image to select or deselect columns displayed in the grid.

  • Click and drag columns to change their order.

  • On the Routers page, you can edit the Name, Description and other columns to change their names to match your needs.

See When Devices are Online

The default Online Status column shows Licensed devices with the following icons:

  • online_2x.png (green circle with check mark): Device is connected.

  • offline_2x.png (red circle with exclamation point): Device is disconnected

  • circle-ellipsis_2x.png (gray circle with ellipsis): Device has been remotely activated but has not yet checked in with NetCloud Manager. This process can take up to 24 hours.

Locate Specific Devices

Click the Filter button to search for devices in your account. From here you can access preset search options or configure specific search criteria.

  • Simply type a search term into the Type to Filter field to filter by devices or elements that have that string in one of their fields.

  • Select ADVANCED under the search box to filter on more granular details, and toggle the Bulk Add option to filter on multiple values that you are interested in
