From NetCloud Manager you can manage a variety extensibility features.
SDK: The Ericsson Cradlepoint Software Development Kit (SDK) allows developers to create custom applications that can be deployed easily to routers or access points to add custom functionality to solve unique business problems and use cases. See SDK for more information.
API: The NetCloud Manager API provides developers with an interface to integrate NetCloud Manager data into their systems and scripts. It offers access to key information, such as router and network interface status, cellular modem signal strength, router logs, and more. This API is particularly useful for integrating with internal network monitoring systems, log parsers, or inventory management tools. The API is RESTful, returning data in JSON format. See NetCloud Manager API v2 Overview and NetCloud API v3 Quickstart Guide to learn more.
Containers: As IoT deployments continue to grow, edge compute capabilities are becoming essential to reduce latency and minimize data transfer to the cloud. The NetCloud Container Orchestrator addresses this by enabling lightweight applications to run securely in isolated containers at the network edge. Supporting both public and private container registries, it allows users to deploy and run OCI-compatible Docker containers from registries like Docker Hub or Amazon ECR. This solution is particularly useful for scenarios where containerized applications need to operate over a wireless WAN infrastructure. For more details, see Containers Quick Start Guide
NetCloud Manager Integrations: The NetCloud Manager Integrations page showcases third-party applications that can be integrated with selected NetCloud Manager features. This integration enhances the functionality of those features by incorporating third-party tools from your existing workflows, allowing you to leverage their unique capabilities alongside NetCloud Manager. See NetCloud Manager Integrations.
