NetCloud Manager's user interface is comprised of a page header, a left-side navigation panel, and a page-display area.
Page Header
The page header displays the account name of the currently logged-in NetCloud Manager user and buttons for accessing the user's profile, system notifications, and a link for help.
User Profile 
Select the Profile icon to open the Profile panel that displays:
Name and email address: user.name@exampledomain.com
Note
Select the Edit icon next to your name to change the name, email address associated with the account, and password. The new email address must match the account's email domain. You can also set up Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for your account.
NetCloud Account Name: Full Name (Account ID)
Collaborator ID
From here you can view and edit user settings, switch accounts or organizations, and log out of NetCloud Manager.
Settings:
Time Zone: Adjust the time zone for NetCloud Manager.
Landing Page: Set which page appears when NetCloud Manager opens. The Default is Devices.
Grid Options: Adjust grid settings for auto refresh and items that display per page.
Grid Row Height: Adjust the height settings for grids throughout NetCloud manager. Available row-height settings are Default (50px), Comfortable (40px), and Compact (30px).
Privacy: Set Product Feedback settings.
User Options: Reset all user interface settings to their defaults.
Switch Accounts and Organizations: Switch to an account or organization where you are a collaborator or user.
Log Out: Log out of NetCloud Manager.
Note
The page footer has been removed from the NetCloud Manager user interface. The information previously displayed in the page footer is in the Profile panel.
Notifications 
Select the Notifications icon to view updates to NetCloud Manager, NetCloud OS, and Modem software.
Help 
Click the Help icon to open NetCloud Manager's Help panel. The Help panel includes content specific to the current page plus links to other helpful content for using NetCloud Manager. The Help panel includes the following features:
About This Page: Allows the user to find help for the page they are currently viewing in NetCloud Manager.
Contact Support: Allows the user to locate links and phone numbers to contact Technical Support from Cradlepoint.
Search Documentation: Allows the user to search with keywords or short phrases in which the documentation returns possible results in which the user can drill into for details.
Left-Side Navigation Panel
The left-side navigation panel contains links to the main NetCloud Manager's pages. Click these links to open the pages in the page-display area.

Dashboard: Provides powerful insight into your network through WAN analytics including connectivity, data usage, and performance. See NetCloud Manager Dashboard Page Overview for more information.
Devices: Monitor all the devices loaded into NetCloud Manager. View statuses, change configurations, and update firmware by device. Refer to NetCloud Manager Devices Tab Overview for more information.
Groups: Monitor devices by group. Add new groups and view statuses, change configurations, and update firmware by group. Refer to NetCloud Manager Groups Page for more information.
Networks: Use the Networks page to view information about all types of your Ericsson Cradlepoint networks.
Alerts & Logs: View a list of alerts generated by your devices and edit the settings for alerts, including emailed alerts. Refer to Alerting and Reporting for more information.
Insights: Use the Insights page to create, run, schedule, and share reports that give you insights into important information about your account. Refer to NetCloud Manager Insights for more information.
Tools: Manage NetCloud OS (NCOS) SDK and applications, containers, Developer Mode devices, and API keys. Refer to NetCloud Manager Tools Page for more information.
Integrations: Buy, demo, and manage cloud-based applications (for example, CP Secure Threat Management). This tab is only available for top-level account administrators. Refer to NetCloud Manager Integrations for more information.
Account: Add and edit users and sub-accounts, configure account wide settings, and create custom roles. See Configuring Account Wide Settings for more information.
Marketplace: Contact (or make changes to) partners, check your subscriptions, and contact Ericsson Enterprise Wireless. See Ericsson Enterprise Wireless E-Commerce License Renewal Guide.

ANA 
AI-Based NetCloud Assistant: Click the ANA icon at the bottom right of the page. AI-Based NetCloud Assistant (ANA), is an AI/ML-based microservice in NetCloud that enhances the self-service help experience by assisting users in locating the correct technical documentation for their situation. Through a conversational user interface (UI), NetCloud users can interact with ANA using natural language expression to guide them to the most accurate technical documentation for the task at hand. ANA is not a chatbot. See AI-Based NetCloud Assistant FAQ for more information. The AI-Based NetCloud Assistant (ANA) uses artificial intelligence for natural language query and response interactions.
Resource Center 
Resource Center - Select the Resource Center icon at the bottom of the left-side navigation panel in NetCloud Manager to find training, and stay abreast of new features.
How-To: Provides videos about Ericsson Enterprise Wireless applications, such as Ericsson NetCloud Verify and NetCloud Manager Mobile, and details to view subscription and budgetary renewal information.
What's New: Lists recently released product features, functionality, and enhancements in NetCloud Manager, often with links to learn more.
Getting Started: Short tutorials on important NetCloud Manager features.
Education: Login button to Cradlepoint University, which provides in-depth training on Ericsson Cradlepoint products and solutions.
Product Feedback: A form to submit a problem or a feature request.
Beta Programs: A link to sign up to participate in Ericsson Cradlepoint beta programs.
