This article provides instruction for resetting a NetCloud Manager password.
  1. Go to ​NetCloud Manager​​.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the account's email address.
  4. Click Send Email.
  5. Check your email for instructions about resetting the password. 
Check your spam filter and junk email folders if you cannot find the email in your inbox. If you're not seeing the email arrive, be sure to double check your spam filter and junk email folders.
