Follow these steps to find the IMEI for a device using NetCloud Manager.

If the modem has never connected, the IMEI may not be displayed in NetCloud Manager yet.If the router is marked as Pending in NetCloud, it means it has not officially checked in with the servers, so its modem information, including the IMEI, will not be available at that time.
Log into NetCloud Manager.
The Devices page displays.
Select the device name from the grid to displays the dashboard.
Select Interfaces.
Select the tile for the modem interface.
Details for the modem interface display on right.
Under Modem Identifier, locate the IMEI.
Alternatively, you can locate the IMEI from the Network Interfaces page in NetCloud Manager.
Log into NetCloud Manager.
The Devices page displays.
Select Network Interfaces.
Select the
icon.Toggle on IMEI.
The IMEI column now displays in the grid.
Locate the IMEI for the device in the grid.
