Clear the Secure Web Filter (Webroot) local cache

Secure Web Filter (Webroot) enabled

There are two methods to clear the cache:

  1. Reboot the router (soft reboot or hard reboot) -OR-
  2. Restart the Webroot service:
    1. Via the device UI, navigate to Security > Cloud-Based Security
    2. In the "Cloud Provider" drop-down menu, select "Disabled"
    3. Click "Save" (Webroot is now disabled)
    4. In the "Cloud Provider" drop-down menu, select "Secure Web Filter"
    5. Click "Save" (Webroot is now re-enabled)
The local cache only contains reputation and category information from Webroot. It does not contain the DNS data.
