Clear the Secure Web Filter (Webroot) local cache
Secure Web Filter (Webroot) enabled
There are two methods to clear the cache:
- Reboot the router (soft reboot or hard reboot) -OR-
- Restart the Webroot service:
- Via the device UI, navigate to Security > Cloud-Based Security
- In the "Cloud Provider" drop-down menu, select "Disabled"
- Click "Save" (Webroot is now disabled)
- In the "Cloud Provider" drop-down menu, select "Secure Web Filter"
- Click "Save" (Webroot is now re-enabled)
