Decrease time from boot to having a usable WAN on a single-SIM device

Cradlepoint with a single SIM

1. Change Dual SIM Configuration (NOTE: Configure the Dual SIM feature for the SIM slot that is in use. This could be either SIM Slot 1 or 2.)
   1. Navigate to Connection Manager > WAN Management > Dual SIM
   2. Select “Prefer Primary SIM”
   3. Change “Internal Modem 1” from “Dual SIM” to “SIM Slot 1 Only” 
   4. Click Save
2. Change the Connection Set Configuration
   1. Navigate to Connection Manager > Connection Set for the active modem interface (1st gear column)
   2. Change the Connection Set from “None” to “Set 1”
   3. Click Save
