1. In your mobile browser settings, and enable "Desktop site."

2. Under My Cases, find your case.

3. Tap on the case number to view the details.

4. Tap on the Related Records tab.

5. Scroll down to Files.

6. Tap Upload Files.

7. Select the zip file you created containing the log file, and then tap Done.
