1. Navigate to the NCM for iOS Dashboard, and then tap the More button.

2. Select About & Support on the More menu.

3. Select Report an Issue on the About & Support screen.

4. Tap the Start Your Case button on the Report an Issue screen.

5. Login to Cradlepoint Connect.

6. Fill in the required/applicable fields.

7. Tap the Next button.

8. Tap the Submit button.
