Use the following steps to create an Activity Log report:

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Insights in the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Click the Account tile on the Insights page.

  4. Click the Activity Log tile on the Account page.

  5. Complete the following fields on the Details page form:

    • Report Name – A name for the report displayed in the list of reports on the Insights page.

    • Description – Use this field to add a description of the report.

    • Report Period – The period the report covers.

    • Report Format – The output format for the report. CSV is the only format currently supported for Activity Log reports.

    • Include Logo – If a logo was added for reports, it is included by default. To remove the logo from the report, uncheck the Include Logo checkbox.

    • Include Contact URL – If you have added a partner contact URL for your reports, click the Include Contact URL checkbox.

    • Include Contact Email – If you have added a partner contact email address for your reports, click the Include Contact Email checkbox.

  6. Click Next to proceed to the Recurring page.

  7. On the Recurring page, select the frequency to run the report.

    • Run Once – Create a saved report that is run manually.

    • Repeat – Create a scheduled report that runs automatically based on the specified interval and expiration of the report.

  8. Click Next to proceed to the Sharing page.

  9. Select any of the NetCloud users with whom you wish to share the report.

  10. Click Next to proceed to the Summary page.

  11. Review the information entered for the report on the Summary page.

  12. Click Run Once to instantly run the report or click Save to save the report for future use.

    Note

    Reports created for custom date ranges cannot be saved; they can only be run using the Run Once button.

After completing the above steps, you are redirected back to the Insights page. If the report is run, it appears in the Report Log table. If the report template is saved, it appears as a tile in the Saved Reports section.
