Failover reports allow you to understand the amount of time your devices have spent in a failover state. A failover state is when a device loses its primary WAN connection and switches (or fails over) to an alternate WAN source until the primary WAN source becomes available again. A Failover report provides the following:
Estimated Cost Savings – Shows you how much money you have saved by using Ericsson Enterprise Wireless's failover technology to avoid downtime
Total Failover Hours – The amount of time all the endpoints in your account have spent in a failed-over state
Endpoint Inventory – Itemized quantities of the endpoints (routers, adapters, access points) in your account
Failover Endpoints – The percentage of your endpoints that have experienced a failover event
Top Endpoints with Failover – The top ten endpoints in your account that have experienced failover events, the amount of time spent in failed over states, and the estimated savings from using Ericsson Enterprise Wireless's failover technology
Failover Hours by Day – The total amount of time spent in failover by the endpoints in your account, reported by day
