Use this account summary report to share high-level insights about device status, cellular health, performance, and data usage. The report provides key information so that action may be taken accordingly to optimize the configuration and minimize costs.
A NetCloud Summary report provides the following:
The first panel on the report displays the number of endpoints in each of the following states:

Numbers displayed for Online and Offline devices only include devices licensed to Branch and Mobile Essentials or Advanced subscriptions. No IoT devices or adapters are included in those numbers.

Online Endpoints Trend – Displays the variance in the number of online devices for the account over the designated time period.
Health & Performance – Provides uptime and performance information for the endpoints.
The WAN Uptime panel displays the combined endpoints' total WAN uptime and the percentage of uptime by service type (modem, Ethernet, uncategorized, unknown, or offline).
The cellular performance panel lists signal strength and quality measurements for the endpoints' cellular connection as a whole for the account and grouped by cellular network operator(s).
Note
Performance data summarizes the last seven days of data, not the report's date range.
The Lowest Performing Routers Based on Quality of Experience panel lists the endpoints with the poorest performance by name and their calculated performance value.
The Endpoints with the Most Alters panel lists endpoints by name and number of alerts logged during the specified date range in descending order.
Data Usage – Displays information and graphs related to the endpoints' data usage.
The top panel in this section displays total data usage for all the endpoints, average data usage per endpoint, and the average data usage per endpoint per day.
The Data Usage Trend graph provides a quick view of the data peaks across the account.
The top usage breakdown shows top usage for Endpoint, Group, and Subaccount across the account.
The Usage by WAN panel displays the usage broken down by service type (WiFi as WAN, Ethernet, LTE, 5G, or Uncategorized).
The Top Applications panel displays the top applications ranked by highest data consumption. Collection of data for this panel requires that the devices are licensed to an Advanced subscription.
The Top Clients panel displays the top clients ranked by highest data consumption. Collection of data for this panel requires that the devices are licensed to an Advanced subscription.
The Top Endpoints panel displays the top endpoints ranked by highest data consumption.
The Top Categories panel displays the top categories ranked by highest data consumption. Collection of data for this panel requires that the devices are licensed to an Advanced subscription.
