Use the following procedure to download modem firmware for Isolated Networks devices.
Locate the modem that needs the modem firmware update, in the table.
Click the reload icon in the same row as the modem.
If a compatible modem firmware is available for update on the product, its carrier name is displayed as a pill in the Modem FW Carrier column.
Click the pencil icon to open a drop-down menu in the Modem FW Carrier field that displays all of the carriers with firmware for the modem. Select the carrier to download from the drop-down menu.
Select the row by clicking its checkbox.
Click Download to begin the download. Modem firmware update files are downloaded as .mdm files.
Note
Up to five concurrent modem firmware downloads can be done at a time. If more than five downloads are selected at the same time, the Download button is disabled.
