Use the following procedure to download NetCloud OS (NCOS) updates for Isolated Networks devices.

  1. Locate the product that needs the NCOS update, in the table.

  2. Click the reload icon in the same row as the product.

    If a compatible NCOS version is available for update on the product, its version name is displayed as a pill in the NCOS Version column.

  3. Click the pencil icon to open a drop-down menu in the NCOS Version field that displays all of the NCOS versions available for the product. Select the NCOS version to download from the drop-down menu.

  4. Select the row by clicking its checkbox.

  5. Click Download. NCOS update files are downloaded as .bin files.

Note

Up to five concurrent NetCloud OS downloads can be done at a time. If more than five downloads are selected at the same time, the Download button is disabled.
