The NetCloud Manager Remote Connect functionality must be used to access the settings described here. They are not available when accessing the device settings using Edit > Configuration in NetCloud Manager.
Complete the following steps to save your settings before downgrading software:
Log into NetCloud Manager.
Click in the left-side navigation panel.
Select the desired router.
Click the menu, and then select .
Click .
Log in to the device from the LOGIN screen. The default username is "admin." Default passwords are supplied with routers.
Click System > System Control > NetCloud OS.
In the System Config Save section, click Download Settings.
With the settings downloaded, if anything goes wrong with the software downgrade the saved file can be used to restore the settings on the same page by navigating back to the same page in NetCloud OS and clicking Restore Settings.
