Complete the following steps to register a device with NetCloud Manager:

  1. Connect a computer to the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions router with an Ethernet cable or wireless connection.

  2. Open a web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer, type http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar, and then press the Enter or Return key on the keyboard.

    Note

    This site is hosted locally on the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions router; internet access is not required to view this page.

  3. The login screen displays and prompts for the entry of a username and password. The default username is "admin". If the password is unknown or it is not accepted, see Default Password.

  4. Navigate to SYSTEM > NetCloud.

  5. Select Register Router.

  6. Enter your NetCloud Manager credentials using either of the following methods.

    • If the account does not use federated ID to manage access to NetCloud, enter your NetCloud Manager username and password in the NetCloud Username and NetCloud Password fields.

    • If the account uses federated ID to manage access to NetCloud, you must use NetCloud API keys for the login credentials.

      • Use your X-ECM-API-ID key for the NetCloud Username field.

      • Use your X-ECM-API-KEY key for the NetCloud Password field.

    • If NetCloud API keys have not been created for the account, see Instructions section of NetCloud Manager API 2.0 Overview for details on creating NetCloud API Keys.

  7. Select Register Router to complete the registration of your device with NetCloud Manager.
